Jason Thompson Joins Lochner
Jason Thompson, PE, has joined Lochner as Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Project Manager for the firm’s Central Region. In this role, he will focus on the continued growth of the CEI practice as well as managing active projects. Jason has over 18 years of experience, including previous assignments with the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT); Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); City of Kansas City, Missouri; Kansas City Aviation Department; City of Overland Park, Kansas; BNSF Railway; and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He has also served as resident engineer and inspector for Kansas City International Airport construction projects involving vehicle service roads, taxiways, runways, and electrical. Jason’s roadway and bridge CEI expertise includes projects ranging from maintenance to major modifications, including his role as project manager of the $130-million, three-year South Lawrence Trafficway project.
