Rick Bray Promoted to Risk Manager
Lochner is pleased to announce the promotion of Rick Bray, PE, vice president, to the role of risk manager. In this role, Rick will be the firm’s point of contact for risk-related matters, including contract reviews, negotiations, and the management of potential claims. Additionally, Rick will assume the role of QA manager, overseeing quality management procedures and practices throughout the firm.
Rick joined Lochner in 1999 as a project manager in the firm’s Connecticut design office and, since that time, has served as senior project manager and office manager. With a technical background in structural engineering, Rick has provided structural or project management for many of the Connecticut office’s high-profile highway and railroad design projects including the I-95/I-91/Route 34 Interchange Realignment, the I-84 and Route 2 Bridges Replacement/Rehabilitation Design-Build, and CTrail’s Hartford Line Expansion Program. These complex, diverse projects, coupled with his management experience, have built a strong foundation to support him in his new roles.
