Jeff Peters Joins Lochner
Jeff Peters, PE joins Lochner’s new Spokane, Washington office as Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager. In this role, he will continue to build upon his 27 years of experience managing planning, design, and construction projects for local governments, transit agencies, and the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
Over his career, Jeff has worked as a consultant as well as an employee of the City of Richland and WSDOT. His most recent work includes design for the Teanaway Road Hydraulic Improvements project, which was funded through Western Federal Lands for Kittitas County and will replace two undersized culverts that cause flooding and are impassable for fish. He was also the project manager for Spokane Transit Authority’s (STA) Moran Station Park & Ride, a 100-stall facility at the southern end of the planned Monroe-Regal High Performance Transit Line. Due to the site topography challenges, this project involved coordination between STA, the building architects, and the grading team to design a site that met all of the ADA requirements and bus-loading/alighting slope criteria.
“We are extremely pleased to have Jeff join our Lochner Team. His experience and connectivity in our market will provide great opportunities for Lochner in the Inland Empire,” said Vance Henry, PE, Lochner Regional Team Leader for the West Region.
