Tallahassee Office Supports America’s Second Harvest of Big Bend’s Backpack Program

Looking forward to the firm’s 75th year anniversary in 2019, Lochner offices are celebrating throughout 2018 by giving back to their local communities through a service activity of their choosing. This week, we are featuring the efforts of our Tallahassee, Florida office. On Friday, August 24, 2018, Tallahassee employees volunteered at America’s Second Harvest of the Big Bend, assisting with their Backpack Program. This program provides children in need with a bag of food every Friday so they will have meals to eat over the weekend. Employees assembled 587 bags, each containing cans of rice and beans, corn, canned ham, two bottles of mango chunks, two milks, two crispy rice cereals, and one box of macaroni and cheese for children in their area.
