Dan HerringPE, SE

Dan Herring leads Lochner’s Major Projects and Programs Office. He has more than 25 years of engineering experience within the transportation industry with an emphasis in alternative project delivery. He has a diverse technical background and has led major highway, tollway, light transit, heavy rail, and major bridge projects and programs across the country. Dan expertise includes design delivery, construction management, project management, operations, and business development. He holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a master’s in engineering from Purdue University.
