Aviation Western Region Lead
Chris Nocks is responsible for leading the growth and operations of our aviation engineering practice across the Western US. With nearly 20 years of aviation consulting experience, Chris served as principal-engineering operations manager at Armstrong Consulting prior to the firm joining Lochner’s family of companies in 2022. He has managed more than 75 airport projects, supervising aviation engineering teams and providing quality control and quality assurance, as well as leadership and support to complex airside projects.
Chris began his career serving as Captain and Civil Engineering Officer in the US Air Force serving two deployments during his tenure. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
