Doug Hershey Promoted to Tampa Operations Manager

Lochner is pleased to announce the promotion of Doug Hershey, PE, vice president, to the role of operations manager for the firm’s Tampa office.

Doug joined the firm in 2005 as a senior structural engineer and project manager. As an experienced structural engineer, he has led complex structural design projects and supported accelerated bridge construction (ABC) design for self-propelled modular transport (SPMT) techniques. Within his current roles, Doug has supported growth initiatives and business development for the office and will continue to do so as operations manager. He will also work closely with the office manager in the management of the office’s technical groups.
