Kelly Dunn Joins Lochner as U.S. Health, Safety, Security Director
Lochner, an Egis Company, is pleased to announce that Kelly Dunn has joined the firm as HSS Director for the United States.
Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience leading safety, health, and environmental programs across the engineering, federal, healthcare, and military sectors. She has a strong track record of developing high-performing safety programs, strengthening safety culture, and partnering with leadership and project teams to reduce risk and improve operational outcomes.
Prior to joining Lochner, Kelly served as Director of Safety for Gannett Fleming TranSystems (GFT), where she led safety, health, environmental, and fleet initiatives supporting a growing organization with nationwide operations. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and expanded safety programs, implemented data-driven performance metrics, and led large-scale emergency preparedness and response initiatives. Her background also includes leadership roles supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and military service, where she earned recognition for her leadership in environmental testing and training operations.
In her Health, Safety, Security Director role, Kelly will work closely with teams to advance Egis’ HSS “Care Attitude” principles — being Committed, Aware, Responsible, and Engaged — while helping strengthen safe practices across the company’s projects and workplaces.
She will focus on proactive safety planning, job site auditing, fleet management, training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement to help ensure the well-being of our people, partners, and communities.
Kelly’s experience building collaborative, high-impact safety programs will be instrumental as Egis continues to grow across the U.S. market.
