Lia Graklanoff Receives WTS Colorado Member of the Year Award
We’re proud to announce Lia Graklanoff, Utility Engineer, has been recognized as Women Transportation Seminar (WTS) Colorado’s Member of the Year, honoring her professional impact and leadership within the transportation industry.
At Lochner, Lia supports transportation projects through all phases of utility coordination, from design through construction. Her work brings together municipalities, state agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams to seamlessly integrate utilities into infrastructure improvements—supporting efficient and resilient transportation solutions.
Beyond her role at Lochner, Lia has made a significant impact on WTS Colorado through her leadership and volunteer service. As Chair of the Membership and Recognitions Committee, she plays a central role in welcoming new members, connecting volunteers with meaningful opportunities, and strengthening relationships across the chapter. She is also instrumental in planning and delivering the annual Recognitions Luncheon, one of the chapter’s most visible events.
At the national level, Lia serves as an ambassador for WTS Colorado, sharing proven engagement strategies with chapters across the country and positioning the chapter as a model within the broader WTS network.
