Walter Okitsu Honored with ACEC LA Distinguished Service Award

We’re proud to celebrate Lochner’s Walter Okitsu, PE, PTOE, PTP, for receiving the Distinguished Service Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Los Angeles (ACEC LA) at their 2025 Achievement Awards Banquet. With over 45 years dedicated to advancing transportation, Walter has played a pivotal role in shaping how people move safely and efficiently. His career reflects a balance of technical expertise, mentorship, and leadership—qualities that have strengthened the industry and helped develop the next generation of engineers.
