Lochner Selected for FDOT District 1 Planning Studio Complete Streets Analyses/Corridor Plans Contract
We’re thrilled to announce that Lochner has been awarded the Districtwide Planning Studio Complete Streets Analyses and Corridor Plans contract by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 1. Through this work, we’ll help develop comprehensive corridor plans and complete streets analyses to enhance mobility, safety, and sustainability across FDOT District 1.
Lochner brings a strong background in FDOT’s context-based design framework, including in local land use and community planning, the context classification system, and speed management techniques from the FDOT Design Manual. Our team will work to translate complex planning concepts into feasible, actionable, and incremental solutions to help enhance quality of life in communities across Southwest Florida.
