Lochner Awarded I-215/SR-201 to North Temple Corridor Project in Utah

We are proud to share that Lochner has been awarded the I-215 North Temple to SR-201 project by the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), an essential infrastructure initiative that will enhance one of the busiest corridors in the Salt Lake Valley.

Over the next 2.5 years, the project will focus on improving road durability and efficiency through rubblization, a process that breaks down existing concrete pavement into a strong base layer, significantly reducing construction time. The project team will also use hydro-demolition to selectively remove deteriorated bridge deck concrete, preserving structural integrity while minimizing cost and disruption to the public.

We are also pleased to collaborate with HNTB, Raba Kistner, and SIS Consulting. Together, we will provide an efficient, effective solution that enhances mobility and safety throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding region.
