Lochner Receives 2024 TxDOT/TXAPA Quality Asphalt Pavement Award

We are proud to announce that our Texas CEI team has received the 2024 TxDOT/TXAPA Quality Asphalt Pavement Award in the Dense-Graded Mixes Overlay Category for their work on the IH 14 project in Coryell County for the TxDOT Waco District. Despite significant pavement repairs being anticipated, a thorough inspection determined that only a fraction of the repairs were necessary, resulting in substantial cost savings for the client, all while delivering an award-winning project.

This is the first time a TxAPA award has been presented to a Consultant CEI, and we are honored to be the first.
