John Peters Joins Lochner as Texas CEI Program Director

We are excited to welcome John Peters, PE, as Program Director for Lochner’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) practice in Texas. With 28 years of experience at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), John brings extensive expertise in planning, design, construction, and maintenance operations.

Most recently, John served as the Area Engineer for TxDOT’s Georgetown Area Office, where he managed over $1B in design and construction in Williamson County. John’s expertise includes managing $532M of toll road construction on the CTTS- Loop1/SH 45 project, managing $335M worth of construction projects under the Mobility35 Program and coordinating with the local governments and stakeholders. His leadership was instrumental in improving safety and mobility across Williamson County, one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas.
