Marvin Thomas Elected to COMTO Washington Board of Directors

Congratulations to Marvin Thomas, West Coast Regional Manager, on being elected second vice president of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Washington Chapter! Marvin has been a dedicated supporter of COMTO, now serving in this third COMTO Chapter including Boston, Denver, and now Washington.
