Ed McClain Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Ed McClain, PE, as CEI and Construction Services Manager for the firm’s Franklin, TN office. Ed has over three decades of experience in engineering, working primarily with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. During his tenure, he was responsible for the construction and maintenance operations for TDOT District 39, which is comprised of 10 counties. Additionally, Ed brings experience coordinating staff and personnel, managing multiple construction contracts, and maintaining budgets totaling more than $350 million.
