Jane-Ann Patton Joins Lochner

Jane-Ann Patton, PE, joined the Lochner Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office on February 1, 2016, as a senior project manager. Jane-Ann has 30 years of bridge engineering experience within the transportation industry and for the past 20 years has managed in-house and subconsultant teams in the successful completion of state and local agency projects across western Pennsylvania. With an outstanding record for client satisfaction, Jane-Ann has led a host of bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, incorporating alternatives analysis, phased construction techniques, environmental mitigation, railroad coordination, and construction services support.
