Brad Lucas Rejoins Lochner

Brad Lucas, PE, PTOE, originally joined Lochner’s Salt Lake City, Utah, office in 1993 as an intern and worked with the firm for 16 years, progressing through various roles to become a project manager. On February 29, 2016, the Salt Lake City team was pleased to welcome him back as a senior project manager, responsible for the leadership of large-scale planning and design initiatives within the office’s diverse portfolio of transportation projects. Brad’s 22 years of transportation and traffic engineering experience span both the public and private sectors and include the design and management of major urban and rural roadway improvements, intelligent transportation systems, context-sensitive solutions, planning studies, alternatives analysis, and NEPA documentation.
