Shannon Latham is our Chief People Officer. She is responsible for the full spectrum of Lochner’s human resources activities including talent management and acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee development and engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
With an HR career spanning more than two decades, Shannon drives the strategy for Lochner’s most valuable asset – our people – fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and inclusion so employees can grow and thrive. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.
