Paul A. LoetePE

Paul Loete joined us in 2021 as Midwest Regional Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience with transportation, environmental, stormwater, and municipal engineering projects in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Prior to becoming a member of our Lochner team, Paul held leadership roles that leveraged his expertise in formulating strategic direction and driving business diversification and expansion. He served for seven years as the Director of Highways and Chief Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) where he supervised an array of high-profile projects. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
