Lochner Celebrates Graduates of the DePaul Leadership Foundations Program

Please join us in congratulating the 15 Lochner team members on their graduation from the Lochner Leadership Foundations Certificate Program, developed in partnership with DePaul University’s College of Business.

Led by Dr. Erich Dierdorff, a global expert in leadership development, the year-long, cohort-based executive education experience equips people managers with the tools to lead with impact. Participants completed seven leadership modules focused on business strategy, financial literacy, change management, influence, and communication, gaining practical experience applying leadership principles to real organizational challenges.

The program culminated in team presentations focused on addressing active business goals and developing actionable solutions. The final presentations were delivered to Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Terry Ruhl, program sponsors, and Egis Americas leadership, followed by a business simulation and a celebratory graduation luncheon.
