Lochner Partners with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business for Third Year of Leadership Foundations Program

We’re excited to continue our partnership with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business for the third year of the Leadership Foundations Certificate Program. This year, Lochner has selected 16 individuals representing multiple roles and disciplines nationwide to participate in this valuable professional development opportunity.

Led by Dr. Erich Dierdorff, a globally recognized expert in leadership, this year-long program equips participants with essential skills to think critically and lead teams effectively. The curriculum goes beyond traditional tools, strengthening evidence-based management abilities and fostering a deeper understanding of leadership and strategic people management.

As a DePaul doctorate alumnus, Lochner’s Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Terry Ruhl joined the opening session in Chicago. “At Lochner, we recognize that leadership is a lifelong journey. This program provides invaluable skills and tools that will serve participants well beyond their role at Lochner, helping them grow as professionals and individuals. We also acknowledge the significant commitment each participant is making to invest in their own development and commend their dedication to continuous learning and leadership.”
