Steve Rodgers Promoted to Western Pennsylvania Practice Lead

Please join us in congratulating Steve Rodgers, PE on his recent promotion to Western Pennsylvania Practice Lead.

A Pittsburgh native and Penn State graduate, Steve brings 30 years of expertise in bridge structure design and engineering. Since joining Lochner in 2021, he has successfully managed multiple complex bridge projects and grown the bridge group to 10 professionals.  In his new role as Practice Lead, Steve will join Central Pennsylvania Practice Lead, Keith Lilley, in growing Lochner’s market presence throughout the state, working alongside regional and executive leadership to identify strategic partners and project opportunities. “I look forward to furthering my relationships with current colleagues and clients while building new ones and continuing to deliver projects with the experienced and energetic staff here in Pittsburgh.”

Northeast Area Manager Ryan Gargan, PE, added, “We are excited to see Steve step into this leadership role. He is a highly respected industry professional, and we are thrilled to see his continued growth within the Lochner organization.”

Beyond his professional expertise, Steve is deeply connected to the Pittsburgh community. He resides in the Bloomfield neighborhood with his wife and two children and enjoys exploring the outdoors through backpacking and camping. He is also an active participant in Lochner’s local volunteer initiatives, reinforcing his commitment to both his team and the region he serves.
