Lochner Participates in North Texas Tollway Authority ROAD Program

Lochner is proud to be a part of the 2020–2022 class for North Texas Tollway Authority’s (NTTA) Relationships and Opportunities Advancing Diversity (ROAD) Program.

This mentorship program is dedicated to increasing the participation of disadvantaged, minority-owned, and woman-owned business enterprises (D/M/WBEs) in large procurement contracts. It does so by partnering D/M/WBE firms with established firms through a mutual, two-year commitment. Lochner has been paired with ReStl Engineers TX, LLC, abbreviated for reinforced concrete and steel and pronounced “Re-Steel.” They are a full service, Minority Woman Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (DBE) and a Historical Underutilized Business (HUB), with their head office in Dallas and branch offices in Washington, DC; Tampa, Florida; and Baltimore, Maryland.

Lochner looks forward to collaborating with ReStl Engineers TX on upcoming projects.
