Harry Lorton Joins Lochner

Harry Lorton, PE, has joined Lochner as Project Manager for the firm’s aviation team. In his role, he will be assisting in project coordination with the aviation planning, design, and construction projects. Harry has over 36 years of airport engineering, project management, and airport development experience for general and commercial airports in the State of Texas. During his time with the TxDOT Aviation Division, Harry managed over 100 airport projects for various City and County Sponsors, from initial project development through design and construction. He has also worked for the Houston Airport System, including Intercontinental, Hobby, and Ellington Field, coordinating the Capital Improvement Plan, land development, and infrastructure improvements.

“I have known Harry for over 20 years and have worked with him on many projects while he was with the TxDOT. To say that I am excited to have him join our team is an understatement. With his positive attitude, aviation knowledge, and years of experience, he will be a great asset to both our aviation team and our clients in getting projects scoped, funded, designed and constructed efficiently.” Chris Whitfield, PE, Project Manager, Aviation.
