Lochner is pleased to announce the promotion of Catherine Curtis, CPSM, vice president, to the role of director of strategy. She will continue to serve as director of marketing and business development, a role that has prepared her for this next career phase as she has successfully led the planning, implementation, and assessment of various communication, marketing, and leadership development tactics encompassed in past and current strategic plans. As director of strategy, she will expand her areas of responsibility to focus on all elements of the firm’s next strategic plan. “We spend considerable effort conducting research, scenario planning, investment analysis, competitive analysis, and other actions to make informed decisions about where to invest and how we will go about reaching our goals. Catherine’s background in marketing, combined with a solid understanding of firm operations, makes her an excellent fit for this role,” said Jeanne Cormier, president and chief executive officer at Lochner.

Catherine joined Lochner as a communications intern in 2002. In 2004, she transitioned to a full-time position and, since that time, has served the firm in various roles, including public involvement assistant, public involvement manager, project manager, marketing coordinator, marketing manager, alternative delivery pursuit manager, and, currently, director of strategy and business development.
