Don Skelton, PE, joined Lochner in 2012 as Senior Project and Program Manager, now serving as Vice President and Area Manager of Lochner’s Florida region. Don has 34 years of experience specializing in public sector work of large transportation project and program development, planning and funding to design, construction, and maintenance. Prior to joining the firm, Don served as Secretary for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 where he oversaw the District’s $2 billion, five-year work program, including several design-build initiatives and innovative financing programs to accelerate projects. In his role with Lochner, Don supports all offices in Florida, our Kentucky / Tennessee CEI operations as well as our TSMO/ITS practice.
