Scott Lucas Appointed Salt Lake City Office Manager
Scott first joined Lochner’s Salt Lake City office in 1989 and spent the first 20 years of his career serving in roadway design and project management roles for numerous projects, including Legacy Parkway Design, 12300/12600 South Design-Build, and I-15, 31st Street to 2700 North EIS. In 2009, Scott began to focus his efforts on the firm’s national alternative delivery practice, leading design for major design-build projects such as the San Diego Freeway (I-405), SR 22 to SR 73 Widening Design-Build in Orange County, California and SR 520 Eastside Transit and HOV Design-Build in King County, Washington. Now, nearly 10 years later, he is ready to settle back to his home state and lead the Salt Lake City office in the pursuit and delivery of all phases of transportation projects.
