Boise Office Restores Home for a Neighbor in Need

Looking forward to the firm’s 75th year anniversary in 2019, Lochner offices are celebrating throughout 2018 by giving back to their local communities through a service activity of their choosing. This week, we are featuring the efforts of our Boise, Idaho office. Lochner employees and their families participated in the Paint the Town Boise event on Saturday, June 9, 2018. Paint the Town is a program of NeighborWorks Boise that aids local low-income senior and disabled homeowners who cannot physically manage or afford maintenance on their homes in maintaining their independent living status. Since the beginning of this program, nearly 3,300 homes have been restored by over 89,300 volunteers. During the 2018 event, Lochner employees prepared their assigned house for painting by removing dust, loose paint, and debris; applied primer and caulk where needed; and painted the house’s exterior.
