Lochner is leading the design on this urban freeway design–build project that serves as a gateway to influential communities east of Seattle. The project, nearly three miles in length, includes four general purpose interchanges, two median transit stations, one high-occupancy vehicle direct access interchange, and a regional trail nearly the length of the project.
