Lochner completed a Project Validation Assessment for the conversion of the dining hall to a food court. Work included site investigation of existing conditions, developing a basic floor plan for the building, preparing a cost estimate of construction, conducting a marketing analysis of the competition, and preparing a financial analysis to determine the return on investment and the pay-back period.
