The Young Professionals Roundtable (YPR) is a forum for professionals early in their careers to influence the culture, operations, and future of the firm. The YPR holds regular meetings and has participated in the strategic planning process, recruitment and social media activities, and discussions on intergenerational topics. Members have the opportunity

to serve on sub-committees, present ideas to the Collaboration Table of executive leaders, and update coworkers within their respective geographical regions.

“It’s important for Lochner’s future leaders to participate in the decisions and activities that impact the direction of the firm,” states Laynee Jones, Associate Vice President and Senior Environmental Planner, who facilitates the YPR.
