David Vogel, P.E. has joined Lochner's construction engineering and inspection operations in Florida.  Vogel will serve as Vice President and CEI Program Manager, working out of Lochner’s Winter Garden, Florida office. 

Mr. Vogel brings more than 30 years of construction management and CEI experience in the transportation industry.  Prior to joining the firm, Vogel held various roles within the Florida Department of Transportation. Most recently, he was an Associate Vice President at HNTB Corporation.  In his new role at Lochner, he will be involved in claims and scheduling.

Mr. Vogel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed P.E. in Florida and Georgia.
