Roy Bruce, P.E.

Senior Vice President

Roy has been with Lochner since 1977 and has worked in multiple offices.  He started out as an entry-level engineer and is now a Senior Project Manager, leading the firm’s efforts on the Mid-Currituck Bridge P3 project, as well as other project development and environmental studies. Roy is one of the corporate department directors, responsible for corporate support services, such as IT, sustainability, project management, and technical resource groups. In 2010, Roy was named to Lochner’s Board of Directors. A favorite memory of his is attending Game 7 of the 1968 World Series.
