Jim Bishop, P.E.

Jim became Lochner's fourth President in July 2010, bringing with him a wealth of technical and managerial experience gained over more than 30 years within the transportation industry.  Jim has hands-on project management experience in each phase of a transportation improvement project: planning and environmental, design, and construction management. He has worked with a wide range of state and local transportation and transit agencies and has proven success leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects. He also plays a mean set of drums.
